Optimized battery manufacturing and nanoscale testing: Article in Energetica
A new nanotechnology solution to increase the European competitiveness in the sector of batteries for electric mobility
The European project NanoBat aims to develop novel nanotechnology tools to test the quality of Li-ion and beyond Li-ion batteries that could redefine the production of batteries in Europe and worldwide. Radiofrequency techniques at the nanoscale will be faster and more accurate than the current techniques. Therefore, they will significantly reduce the production cost of batteries, providing remarkable benefits for the electric mobility and for a cleaner energy system in Europe.
